Issue #8/2014

MSM Dean Director Wim Naudé

Exploration, discovery. New partnerships, new networks, new friends. These are the essentials of learning; and when there is a ‘click’ it can lead to durable lifelong relationships, crucial for success in businesses and more importantly, happiness in life. In this month’s newsletter exploration and discovery are reflected in our students’ experiences, in new partnerships, and in our role in internationalizing business. As we welcome ‘the world to Maastricht’ and extend our experience and networks to new countries, we appreciate the recognition that we have been afforded this month by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) in being selected as a finalist for the AMBA Innovation Award 2014. As we share the stage with our fellow finalists on the 30 October in London, we are grateful to our students, alumni, partners and dedicated faculty and staff for all working together for better global management.
