As we were preparing for the start of our new Maastricht-Suffolk Executive MBA in Ipswich, Boston and Maastricht, we received the good news that our partner UCS has been accredited as a fully-fledged new university, and from 1 August will be the University of Suffolk. The Maastricht-Suffolk Executive MBA is one in a line of innovative education programs that we have been pursuing at MSM to push the envelope of management education, and to deliver graduates that will offer a wholly unique set of - much needed- competencies to employers. Another example that you can read about in this newsletter is the expansion of our collaboration with RWTH Aachen University. In innovation management, engineering and management, and water management, we are redrawing the map of management education. MSM in collaboration with NACTE (National Accreditation Council for Technical Education in Tanzania) organized a final conference on Quality Assurance Monitoring and Labor Market Linkages in Technical Education and in Training, in Dar es Salaam on 28 and 29 April. The conference marked the end of a four year project implemented by MSM on “Improving the Labor Market Responsiveness of Technical Education in Tanzania”. Read further >
