Celebrating the MBA milestone at the online Graduation Ceremony of CENTRUM Catolica
MSM’s Director of Education and Executive Development, Dave Cass congratulated the new graduates on behalf of MSM. He looked back at their time at the MSM campus in Maastricht, remembering them as bright, clever and engaging students. He complimented the graduates for being “fantastic ambassadors for CENTRUM and for Peru.”
The graduates visited Maastricht from 14 October until 8 November 2019 to attend the courses Marketing in a Global Context, Managing Cultural Diversity, Global Supply Chain Management and International Business Studies. They enjoyed company visits to the European Commission in Brussels, Xerox, DSV and DAF in the Netherlands. The Peruvian students integrated fast in the Dutch society and travelled a lot in Europe during their stay.
With the online graduation ceremony all being about getting the long awaited degree, Dave expressed his hope that the graduates would enjoy this very special moment: “I hope you enjoy holding the degree, and know that this piece of paper marks a significant stage in your life and a milestone of effort as well.”
Congratulating the students on this milestone, Dave emphasized that obtaining the degree is just stage one: “You picked up a lot of tools and techniques that you can use and take into work or life in the future. So we hope that you will turn that around and engage with people at work, to try and make the world a better place.”
The graduation marked the end of the 18th joint MSM-CENTRUM MBA intake. The partnership with CENTRUM Católica Peru dates back to the year 2000, delivering 644 graduates.
