Introduction
In the last newsletter just before the summer holidays, we would like to share the many highlights we enjoyed at MSM in the past weeks. We again climbed the CEO Magazine Global MBA rankings, confirming not only the high quality of the programmes, but also making them the best programmes of their kind in The Netherlands.
Over 110 MBA students followed their expertise track courses at MSM in Maastricht during the recent MBA Summer School. Earlier, our Master in Management and MBA students enjoyed company and alumni presentations, workshops and trainings during the MSM Corporate Week, all aimed at preparing the students for the job market.
MSM's programme portfolio keeps on developing. In May, we welcomed the first participants in the Executive PhD in Private Sector Development for the first on-campus workshop. In October, we will launch the Global Flex Online MBA, a renewed version of our Online MBA programme . In this newsletter, you can read how this flexible and interactive Online MBA will help prepare you for career success. Our Master in Management students provide you with a glance into their day as a business school student in The Netherlands.
In the past weeks, we welcomed many international students in our Short Executive Programmes. In this newsletter, you can read more about the student experiences in the Gender Equality and Women Empowerment programme and the Change Management programme. Don't forget to have a look at the upcoming deadlines for our next Short Executive Programmes.
Within our capacity building projects, we also celebrated many highlights. MSM and its project partners in Rwanda celebrated the success of the “Strengthening Education for Agricultural Development" project. In South Africa, the EU Erasmus+ project on Vocational Centers of Excellence in Climate Smart Agriculture was launched. In addition, MSM's Expert Centre on Emerging Economies (ECEE) in collaboration with Aeres Green Education Group has been granted a new 4-years project called “MOBILISE: Circular Talent Development for Climate-Smart Agriculture”.
