Risk and change management executive education for Thai Government

A group of 13 members of the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) from Thailand recently visited the information center of the A2 tunnel project in Maastricht.

Mr. Albert Gerrits, Manager Operations of the Project bureau A2 Maastricht, gave a presentation of the A2 project by stressing on the following professional aspects:
- Concept of Risk management from identifying, measuring, reporting to monitoring
- Operational Risks
- Financial risks
- Trends in compliance and local municipality regulations

The work visit was part of a 10-day tailor-made program on risk- and change management especially designed by MSM for this group of mid- and senior level government officials.

Next to lectures and the work visit to the A2 tunnel project, the group also visited the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment.
