MSM in the UK

MSM Dean, Professor Wim Naudé and Associate Deans Ms. Katalin Kovacs and Ms. Amy Wang recently visited University Campus Suffolk in Ipswich to further the collaboration between the two institutions.

University Campus Suffolk (UCS) is a new university coming into being in the East of England soon to achieve its independence from the Universities of Essex and East Anglia. As a dynamic new university in the making it offers exciting programs emphasizing employability and enterprise. MSM and UCS plan to introduce a new MBA degree, with a strong focus on creative leadership and creative industries, as well as work together on executive education. A first executive education program that is in planning is a three-week certificate in Leading Effective Sexual and Reproductive Health Services.  It is envisaged that the new programs will start in 2016.

MSM, as one of the oldest business schools in the Netherlands has a long track record and experience in global management education, particularly in emerging and developing countries, and the UK has one of the most international higher education sectors and globalized economies, attracting thousands of students from emerging and developing countries each year and hosting hundreds of multinational companies.

MSM and UCS, focusing on the unique location and creative industry-linkages of UCS and similar strengths in the EUregion, aims to offer an especially relevant set of educational programs that will appeal to international and local students alike who seek to understand the global and emerging market context better.

Further information will follow.
