New scholarly journal launched

MSM’s partner institute in Kazakhstan, the Almaty Management University, has launched a new journal, the EurAsian Journal of Leadership. This new journal has a focus on leadership in Eurasia, especially in the context of the new Eurasian Economic Union. MSM Dean, Prof. Wim Naudé is a member of the founding Editorial Board.

MSM has been active in Kazakhstan since 1999 and is the only business school in the Netherlands with a strong presence in Central Asia. MSM also co-operates with ADA University in Azerbaijan, and various institutions in Georgia.

The Almaty Management University (ALMA) and Maastricht School of Management offer a joint MBA program with focus on General and Strategic Management. The program is bilingual in both English and Russian. The program is especially designed for working professionals and can be completed in 24 months. During the program participants will also have a two-week study visit to Maastricht. Since the cooperation started 120 students graduated of the joint MBA program. The 14th intake of the MBA program started in October 2014.
