Training the Indonesian Court of Audit

MSM recently trained 20 senior officials of the Indonesian Court of Audit Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) in Balance Score Card Based Performance Management. The group visited MSM’s campus in Maastricht between 9 and 20 May 2016. The program was supported by The Government of Indonesia via a scholarship program for Strengthening the Reforming Institution (SPIRT) and was funded via a loan of the World Bank.

This program was especially designed with the aim of providing knowledge and skills in order to optimize performance management activities in BPK. Key topics in the program were the Balanced Score Card, Performance Management and Talent and Reward Management.
