The psychology of entrepreneurship

Prof. Dr. Josette Dijkhuizen, Professor in Entrepreneurship Development at MSM, gave a lecture on 4 October at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship (Strathclyde Business School) in Glasgow, Scotland. The theme of the lecture was on the psychology of entrepreneurship with a focus on entrepreneurial competencies.

About the speaker
Prof. Dijkhuizen is a consultant and mentor on entrepreneurship, working mainly in the connection between science and practice in the expertise of entrepreneurship. Her expertise about entrepreneurship has turned into different books, research papers, columns and presentations worldwide.  In 2013 she was UN Women’s Representative and in the same year she started her social enterprise ‘ENPower’ to assist vulnerable (wo)men from shelter homes, refugee centers and human trafficking, with the start-up of an enterprise. She received different awards for her activities.
