M.Sc. in Management and Engineering students enjoy company visit to Weir Minerals
As part of the management classes the M.Sc. in Management and Engineering students enjoyed a company visit to Weir Minerals in Venlo, an engineering company headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland focused on mining, oil and gas and power markets.
The students were welcomed by Ms. Jenny McGeough, Operations Director at Weir Minerals. She gave a presentation on Supply Chain Management as this company visit was part of the MSM course on Responsible Supply Chain Management. A factory tour was also part of the work visit.
Maastricht School of Management and RWTH Aachen University have no less than five collaborative M.Sc programs in Management and Engineering. The programs combine RWTH Aachen University’s excellent reputation and top-faculty in engineering and MSM’s experience in high quality global management education.
The programs are in:
- Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Power Systems
- Production Systems
- Water Management
- Structural Engineering and Risk Management of Industrial Facilities
The deadline for application is 1 March of each year.
