Newsletter #5/2021

Introduction

With Covid-19 measures easing up in the Netherlands, we are glad to organize on-campus events and classes again. As such it was a special moment to welcome the new students on the MSM campus again during the Official Opening of the Academic Year 2021-2022.

With a number of additional conditions still in place to ensure safe on-site learning, we could also organize MSM’s Annual Corporate Week on campus again for the students of last year’s intakes.

We recently completed two Executive Education programs, Project Finance and Project Management. In this newsletter you can read how participants have experienced these programs. In addition, the newsletter features several MBA student and alumni stories demonstrating how MSM’s Executive MBA, Online MBA and Full-time MBA contributed to their respective careers.

The last few months have again been busy months for our international capacity-building projects. We recently started a Tailor-made training in Congo, and we were finally able to visit the Bright Future in Agriculture Project in Ethiopia. Soon, we will start a Financial Literacy training in Burundi, in collaboration with an MSM MBA alumnus.

After the summer holidays, we continued our Online Masterclass series. In case you missed it, you can find the recording of the last one below. Don’t forget to register for the upcoming Online Masterclass in November, which will be on the topic of Understanding the Emerging New Global Economy.

Best wishes,

Meinhard Gans
Chief Executive Officer
