Introduction

The year 2019 got off to a good start! We are proud to announce that MSM secured seven international capacity-building projects in Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Lebanon, Rwanda, Sierra Leone and Uganda, as well as several tailor-made trainings. We hosted the “Bridging the Skills Gap” symposium where the Employability of MBA graduates in the Netherlands was discussed with various companies, and we participated in the MERITSummit in Vienna. Read all about it in this January newsletter. In the meantime we are preparing to meet many prospective students at upcoming educational fairs around the world. Nuffic grants OKP TMT+ project in Sierra Leone to MSM

Together with the Government Technical Institute (GTI) in Sierra Leone MSM will work towards a ‘fit for purpose’ Polytechnic, delivering WASH focused vocational and technical training and education.

MSM has been awarded the NUFFIC OKP grant for the project ‘Enhancing water efficiency and food security through Egyptian TVETs’. The project will enhance water efficiency and food security in Egypt by means of capacity building at TVET/HE’s.

MSM has been chosen by Nuffic and the Embassy of the Kingdom of The Netherlands in Addis Ababa to take the lead in a comprehensive program aiming to improve the agricultural vocational education in Ethiopia.

Nuffic grants food & nutrition security tender in Rwanda to MSM

Together with its consortium partners, MSM has been awarded the Nuffic OKP tender for Rwanda. The project will contribute to food & nutrition security by strengthening technical and vocational education that enables integrated food chains to be developed around the horticulture, dairy and poultry value chains in the Western province.
