At MSM we started this month in a celebratory mood with Carnival followed by Chinese New Year. We welcomed students from our programs in Peru and Azerbaijan to Maastricht, we organized a forum on higher business education with guest speakers from Turkey and Germany, and we had a welcome visit from middle school students from Chengdu and Shanghai – hopefully a group that included some future MSM students! Two further highlights of the month no doubt were the meeting of our Sino-Dutch Business Centre (a joint initiative with Nanjing University Business School) and our Partners’ Conference, which saw our partners from Azerbaijan, Egypt, England, Kuwait, Peru, Romania, Vietnam and Yemen visit us to strengthen our global business school programs. And our partner network keeps growing: we ended the month on an even higher note than on which it began, by expanding our global partnerships with new co-operation agreements with Abdullah Gül University (Turkey), University College Suffolk (England), Rwanda Management Institute (Rwanda) and the Al Mesned Group (Qatar). This is MSM: located in Maastricht but present throughout the world. Read further >
