Graduation in Hungary: Hungary's top businesses celebrating their joint MSM and SEED MBA degree
SEED (School for Executive Education & Development), MSM’s Degree Partner in Budapest, Hungary, celebrated their inaugural MBA graduation on 11 October 2018 in one of Budapest’s most iconic buildings overlooking the Danube and Castle Hill, Vigadó Concert Hall. MSM’s Dean a.i, Ms. Kati Kovacs, and the Founder Director of SEED, Dr. Anthony Radev, presented the graduates with their MSM MBA diplomas in front of friends and family.
This inaugural class of 32 graduates was drawn from executives from some of Hungary’s top businesses, such as OTP bank Hungary, DSK Bank Bulgaria, MOL Group, MET and MVM Group. Their highly practical, 18-month Executive MBA incorporated more than 30 assignments into the degree program before they finished their studies with a 2-week residency in Maastricht. MOL’s CEO, Zsolt Hernadi, was one of the graduation speakers, who reminded the graduates that Hungary is depending on them to be the next generation of leaders.
SEED’s second cohort is expected to be even bigger, with close to 35 regional business professionals. There is not much time to rest for the busy SEED staff since the 2nd cohort starts their studies one short week after the first cohort’s graduation!”
The MSM-SEED part-time MBA Program focuses on the transition of young experts and managers from functional areas to general management. The program is also ideal for more senior experts who want to get a holistic view on management. The program has a special focus on leadership and will prepare the participants for leadership roles in their organization.
