Technology, innovation, agriculture, and transport have become in recent times four of the most vital topics in any discussion on global concerns about jobs, food, water, trade, and migration. They reflect the increased integration and connectivity of economic activities that characterizes the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ (4IR).
