Meet MSM’s staff members: introducing Ms. Ania Stuszinska

At MSM we are proud of the more than 40 staff members who are committed and eager to fulfill our mission in offering management and entrepreneurship education, advice and research to individuals and organizations from all over the world. To become more acquainted with our staff members and to show you how it feels for them working at MSM we will each month highlight one of our staff members. This month the spotlight will be on Ms. Ania M. Stuszińska.

Let me introduce myself…
My name is Ania Stuszińska (Polish) and I am communications and online education officer at MSM. I hold bachelor degree in International Business and Management at ZUYD University of Applied Science. It was here where I first got introduced to the beauty of cultural differences (6 different nationalities in class) in management and education. The interaction with students from different corners of the world and with different backgrounds is what I liked most about my studies.

Currently I am holding two positions at MSM; first, I am part of the communications team where I utilize my basic knowledge and skills in video recording and editing. And second, another very exciting challenge namely participating in delivering an Online Education program. I am proud to say that At MSM we run the first (in Benelux region) Online MBA program. It feels truly amazing to experience a digital connection with students from different parts of the world. And because of the virtual class experience, webinars and even skype calls with professors to get that extra explanation or guidance in study progress you completely forget there is a time difference.

It is always nice to feel welcome and have that first tour with local people….
When someone asks me “How is it like working for MSM”? Then there are no other words than just saying “I am loving it”! Every time new students arrive it is a privilege to help them get acquainted with Maastricht and the Dutch culture. I am a foreigner myself and have moved to 4 different countries since I left my motherland when I turned 18 years old. All though I am quite independent and happy to explore new places it is always nice to feel welcome and have that first tour with local people.

My hope for the future at MSM
I really enjoy traveling, and knowing that MSM has so many partners across the world, I would be more than happy to do a video reportage about all our collaborations!

The people who give my energy….
There are many actors, motivational speakers and heroes that I admire. All for different reasons on different occasions, whether it comes to simple messages of passing the kindness, simple instructions on how to achieve success or how to squeeze 8h of sleep into 4h so I have some more time left to spend with my loved ones. I am always keen to gain new knowledge or learn how I can improve my skills.
