Physicist Richard P. Feynman once correctly remarked that ‘No government has the right to decide on the truth of scientific principles, nor to prescribe in any way the character of the questions investigated’. Remindful of this MSM supported the March for Science-Maastricht, part of a global campaign to defend the role of science in policy making and society. You can read more about this in this newsletter, as well as about some recent scientific outputs from MSM's Faculty, and the efforts of MSM in applying evidence-based education to improve societal outcomes in areas such as health, development, employment and innovation. Starting this month, and continuing in future newsletters we will also introduce and showcase our individual scientists.
